BEKO slimline Dishwasher – DFS05X11W = not starting

This is just under 2 yrs old…… cx opened door by mistake then afterwards had the problem

You can select any setting fine, the lights do what they should…. press start but nothing happens, no clicks, no pump just nothing!!
Do the cancel procedure, lights do what they should BUT still no sounds or funtion at all

Took door off, checked for broken wires and loose connections to pcb but its all good —- Gut feeling is pcb because there’s no sound or clicking from it

Any ideas please?

Actually I didn’t 🙁 I’ll go back to check that….. but if it is alright, then what else should I be looking for?

Hiya Dave – The door switch and its wiring were fine, so I’m stuck…… chatted with the cx and they might get in the manu or buy another machine BUT they will inform me about what happens, so i’ll keep you posted – THANKS again for you help
