    beko……..no heat, changed heater box unit, no fix
    hotpoint…fitted new spindle kit and belt, checked stats and element..ok
    no heat…no fix. but having spent time and parts reluctant to
    return to customer and admit failure or if it is the module
    the repair costs will not be accepted.

    all ireas and suggestions welcome…including a skip!!!
