The dryer has started cutting out after 20 mins or so of operation. The heat is on as the clothes are warm and there is steam from the clothes and if you leave it for a few minutes and press start it starts up ok but cuts out again after a few minutes.

I’ve given it a good clean, filters and condenser, taken the back off and vacuumed the dust out.

I’ve replaced the heating element, I’ve checked the fan (it’s working), replaced the front thermometer, thermal cut off gasket on the thermostat and given it a good clean.

Might have to admit defeat and replace the appliance as I’ve run out/running out of ideas or parts to replace – I can’t find any blockages.

I would welcome any feedback or ideas to try next.

    Thanks,

    AB

Unplug the appliance and take the top and side panels off.
Follow the hose from the water bottle down to the pump.
Take the hoses off, blow up them to ensure they are clear.
Take the pump assembly out and clean out any debris in the pump stopping it working.
Clean out the pump water reservoir.
Take out the condenser and clean it thoroughly.
Clean out the ducting behind the condenser.
Ensure the float hasn’t stuck at the pump container.

Reassemble the appliance and try it again.

Listen to ensure the pump is running.

    Hope this helps.
