Beko Tumble Dryer DSC64W Not getting hot

I have checked to see it there is power to the heater at terminal block on back panel just under the top, and there does not appear to be any. I also did a continuity test to see if the element was ok and that seems to be ok.
Would I be right, that as I have no power to the element it is the PCB? Or could it be something else.
    Any help suggestions please
    Thanks for looking

Yes its likely to be the main PCB that’s failed but this can be taken out by element so you need to ensure the element is really ok or you may damage the new board.it wont be the NTC these rarely fail however it is easily checked from the front by removing the fan cover at the bottom right corner.

there is also an ntc on heater which are common to fail, which causes no heat. there is a test cycle for these which tells you what has failed.
