ParticipantHi all,
i have a beko dhr73431w heat pump tumble dryer. This morning I turned on as normal and found this is not heating up.
i put this into test mode and come up with error codes
01 & 02
i have tested the water pump & the overflow switch all good ,
Also, can not hear the compressor kicking inI’m stumped any advice would be great
Also when I opened the sides there was no capicitors but starts fine, I was lead to believe there should be 2?? 1 for starting and the other for the heat pump?
thanks

Moderatorerror 1 is a door open fault
error 2 is overflow sw error
if you have looked at overflow sw there is no reason you should be getting E02

Moderatornot without more checking
i assume the board thinks its full or the like
do a resistance test across it both closed and see if you get any reading when its open on a high scale

Moderatorno on test mode the unit displays the last 5 fault codes so its likley your codes are historic
also in the test proceedure you will not get past stage 10 without short circuiting the sensor plate within 10 secs. The compressor test is on stage 13

ParticipantJust went into the test mode and stopped at number 6
nt 01
nt02 error codes now, any ideas how to fix this one? Or is this the same ones as before?
thanks timMarch 6, 2021 at 10:03 pm #475572electrofix
Moderatorthey are not error codes
NTC is a thermistor the display should be showing values of Nt1 and Nt2
manual states
If NTC and Voltage Error occurs, Err:or appears on the display and the service test cannot
be passed to the next stepsDave
