Beko Washer (No Heat)

This machine is not heating. The element and thermistor check out ok.
When you select a hot wash, for example a 90o cotton on the timer, it rotates round to a 40o wash then starts. If you select a 60o wash it clicks round to a 30o wash then starts. It still does not seem to heat on the lower temp programmes.

Any ideas?

Advance from start position is quite normal. If the heater and the ntc check out, it’s the timer/pcb unit at fault.
