Beko washer problems

Does anyone know about a fault with various Beko washers, I have a customer who I repair a lot of stuff for that has 4 Beko machine’s that all have the same problem you turn them on they go to fill then stop. If left they try again then suddenly drain and that’s it. All the motors are fine and all other parts test ok. Is there a major problem with the PCB that causes this ???

have pm’ed you the troubleshhoter for WM7355S

from what i can see the top 3 units use the dc module ( have not checked last one ) have you checked this ?

Change the NTC, it comes with the element.
