Read one post in the Washing Machine Help forum that mentions a rare board fault on a Beko washer on a WMA range causing water to be pulsed in the dispenser during spin and said dispenser to leak

Above machine, although a WTG range, has the same fault. Unfortunately board not in stock anywhere, not even on eBay. Does anyone know if it’s an easy pcb fix?

Not been out to it yet.
Thanks for the info and for checking. If that’s the issue it’ll be a lot cheaper than replacing the board or sending it out for repair.

These washers tend to leak when customers use liquid on the daily quick wash a 40 degrees they over sud and leak out of dispenser and track inside and outside of machine this happens on the 1st empty out ,rinse on the cycle mentioned if you put it into the test cycle it may well give you the fault I’m mentioning

I got the customer to have a look in the dispenser drawer during the spin cycle and they confirmed water was pulsing through. They say motor is not particularly struggling.
I can’t go until Friday so in the meantime I’ll ask what program and detergent they use, you never know.
And I made a mistake, correct model number is WTG761M1W, but it makes no difference main board is still not in stock anywhere.

    Update.
Customer was telling me fibs. When I got there today he changed his story to say it does it at rinse. So it’s not a board fault. Also checked the motor, it’s a 3-phase type so no brushes. Cleaned the filter, there was a build up of hair + a plastic object.
    They use pods.
I told them not to on a quick wash or if it’s not a full load, as it’s overdosing and what’s more, we are in a soft water area.
I couldn’t reproduce the problem, but after two 14 min super quick cycles using no detergent, there was still a lot of residual suds in the drum.
The interesting thing is the problem started occurring after a kitchen refit when they moved the machine from where it used to be to the cupboard is it in now, which is a *very* tight fit, and the dispenser drawer is ever so slightly misaligned.

I told them to keep an eye on it.

So it looks like my plan of action if it reoccurs, going off what other people have done to cure the issue, is
    1) remove the eco ball
    2) change the dispenser box and drawer

It’s a dosing issue think this way if they run a programme with half a load and put a pod in that pod is designed for a full load so it can’t be cut in half, plus they are not doing the drum clean or maintenance wash once a month if it still happens and they are dosing correctly then change the dispenser and the powder draw, the other thing is liquid detergent is 3 times stronger than powder and I’ve never had a complaint with a leak on a beko with people using powder, the leak happens due to over sudding and the anti clockwise rotation of the drum.
