Hi, i have a BEKO WME7227 that will not drain water. I have tried all of the normal routes and have tried the following to try and resolve it.
All pipes have been removed, checked and cleaned inc the sump pipe.
Filter pump cleaned and then replaced with new one (Both tested with a multimeter)
Checked there is power going to the pump (233v)
Checked continuity of both cables going into pump – Both good. I was advised to set the washing machine to Cotton 90deg, turn off machine, press and hold power button and turn back on, holding for 5 secs to get an error code but none displayed……Any ideas? 😡
If power is going to pump but pump not working then perhaps the pump is faulty, try fitting a new one, not clear from post if you have done this already, part number is 2880402000.
If you were to wire pump direct to a lead with plug,(taking care of course) & plug it in to mains its easy to test if it empties or not.
Hi Seamy, i have replaced the filter pump. I asked for info on Facebook, somebody suggested to get a fault code and described how to do it. The code is E17…Any ideas?
As Seamy says get back to basics – have you changed the pump or the filter for the pump. If you have 233 volts going to the pump it should be turning, if not it is either seized, jammed or faulty.
Tip machine back to 45 degrees switch on drain and having removed the drain pump filter and looking into pump housing see if pump impeller is spinning, if not it is either jammed, seized or faulty
