    Set the programme to spin…the drain pump runs for a few mins then stops the machine door is still locked but it doesn’t advance to spin cycle..any pointers please.!!

    when you search the model it comes up as LG

    Hi Dave,,, just checked it is a Beko WM5700 parts listed on ASWO site hope this helps..John

    yes see what you mean

    both machines listed on Aswo do not appear in Beko tech site , no idea why

    Assume you have checked brushes, motor wiring etc

    I haven’t check carbons as I understood if worn, it would be dead..nothing working. !! I will check now to be sure. cheers John

    not all of them go dead, had one yesterday. filled up and no motor turn
