beko washing machine WTK104121A

beko washing machine, brand new customer used it twicw with the transit bolts in now it fills for a couple of seconds, stops then fills again stops
until it comes to the correct level. then does nothing. on spin it pumps for a couple of seconds then stops then pumps, stops until empty.
checked all wiring conections etc. it has a main board and a power module.
If i wasnt so quiet I would give it a miss. any ideas anyone please. [h=1]wtk104121A (7158541600)[/h]

have emailed service info

but my guess is a board has been damaged due to excess vibration as you probably guesses too

I would take out inverter board and look for cracks but beware the high voltage caps
