Beko Washing machines Both WMA1512

Hi, I have two Beko WMA 1512 that are giving me problems.
Machine 1. Wont spin. Have taken the module off and tried on machine 2 and it will spin?

Machine 2. The customer puts this onto a 90 degree wash, but the dial turns to number 5 and will only do a 40 degree wash? Also will not always spin.

Any ideas?

any possible module fault on these and i tend to fit a timer and module….seems to cure 98{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of faults…
As for the clicking though to 5 these do this a a common action…all i ask is how do you know it only does a 40 degree programme…it is probably doing a 90 degree but you wont know that unless you temp test the water!

Hi Jazz, Thanks for your help. I sent both modules to EMW for testing and they came back with no fault found. Didn’t try timers though.
Maybe the second one does do a 90 degree wash? i don’t know? I’m just going by what the customer tells me. She say’s she puts it on a 90 degree wash and it goes round to number 5, which is a 40 degree wash?
I will try the 90 degree wash on the other machine tomorrow and see if that does the same.
