Hi, I haven’t had my washing machine long, but when it spins, it seems like there is loads of water still in there. It is draining, but can’t understand it, I’m sure its not supposed to do this.
Please help

It will drain while doing the distribute part of programme, which basically is the drum going around faster than wash speed, we’re told this is its design & it is extracting the suds etc, not a brilliant idea t.b.h, but that’s how its designed, for people who use too much detergent its a problem & forces leakages from soap drawer.

Check filter to make sure there’s nothing blocking water getting away.
