2yr old integrated washer dryer had vibrated out of cabinet (not the 1st time I’ve seen these do this). Refitted and also replaced the door gasket which had ripped/perished where it joins the heater duct (not the 1st time I’ve seen this on this model either). Customer then reported dryer not working. Heater and cut-outs have continuity and fan goes but no volts at heater. Continuity in wiring from module to heater and ntc. NTC 15K ambient. Looks like a module (or NTC?) fault but reluctant to shell out without being certain. Also there’s a door operated switch above the interlock. Unfortunately I didn’t have time/neglected to test this and wonder whether it relates to heating circuit? These models do seem to vibrate quite shockingly – wonder if anyone else has experienced similar?

ripping boot is a known problem

“The front wall design has been changed in Built-in SYK products, because of scuffing between bellow and front wall. If customer does not have tearing problem
in bellow, old design of front wall can be used. If any tearing problem occurs in bellow, revised design (after the date of 05.12.2016 – stock number
2835430100) of front wall should be ordered in order to solve the problem”

if you let me have your email can send you fault finding guide etc that tell you haw to get into service mode
