I had a call to the above Beko Washer/Dryer.

    Fault reported Dead.

There’s power into the machine. I have checked the main PCB fitted in the back on RHS. There are no obvious signs of damage but some water marks on the PCB which I suspect are from condensation as this is installed in a bathroom.

This machine has 3 PCB’s the PCB on the LHS (from the rear) which I believe is the inverter board for the motor, the facia PCB and the PCB on the RHS (from the rear).

I suspect the problem is likely to be the main PCB (bottom RHS) but wondered if anyone else has come across this and advise .

    Thanks.

have you checked the power supply on the main board?

I had one a couple of months ago with the same fault which turned out to be the power board (rear rhs).
I checked the psu on the board at a few weeks later and found a short circuit Schottky Diode – type SR1100 (D7 on the board).
Not tried the board out since so dont know if there’s anything else, but the usual fusible resistor was ok so I assume the Chip is ok.

I’ll take a look at the Diode you suggest. If that’s OK I’ll try the power board.

    Thanks Dave & Martin
