Beko WDR7543121W not running washing programs

Hi all. Washing machine will run on Spin and drain and Rinse programmes but will not run on washing programmes. When a wash programme is started water can be heard running into the back of the machine for a couple of seconds this is followed by a fast “clicking” sound for a couple of seconds. The program continues to run down in time and after roughly 2 minutes returns to the full run time and the “tap” icon comes on in the display. Any ideas?

Thanks Dave, I run the machine in test mode and water runs into the detergent draw and fills the drum. Still no wash cycle could it still be the inlet Vv or any other suggestions?

there are 3 valves did they all work ?

OK, How do I know if all 3 are working? I have had the top of the machine of so can see the Vv’s.

I would get a multi meter and measure the valve coils. if one has failed the machine would fail to fill and that would give you a tap icon

coils should be 3000 to 5000 ohms approx
