This washer dryer is only about 14 to 18 months old….its completely dead..customer has done usual checks…socket tested and plug fuse ok….cant be carbons as there is none on this motor……I know it could be a few things causing this…it also has a PCB for the motor I don’t know if this could cause such a fault…although I doubt it..Any advice would be welcome..John
Check power is reaching the main board. If ok then the board has failed (often D7 in the power supply circuit)
