Looking for any feedback on an unusual fault. I think I may have read about a similar problem on this forum. Customer complaint is that her clothes are not completely dry when finished. An observation with the appliance switched off one or all of the water valves are energised for a split second and continue to pulse at 15-30 second intervals. I have replaced the main control pcb and dryer ntc but the problem still persists.
Have checked the ntc wiring no breaks at the plug
Cleaned out the dryer duct no blockages
Spins during drying condensing valve operates after the spin
Checked drain pump and sump
