    Hi All

    I have not been to see this machine yet but have been told that it has got an E18 error and the temperature laights are also changing on their own.

    Can anyone tell me what the error code means please.

    Thankyou Dave, Its a pity that they don’t put that one in the manual, I will have a chat with the customer tomorrow and see if it can be resolved over the phone.
