Beko WI1573 (7178381600)

Hi all, I hope someone can help with this. I have got a Beko WI1573 that the customer says runs for a few seconds and then the lights all go out on the appliance and it stops dead. I have been out and all was working fine then the next day the customer called back to say the same had happened again. I suggested trying a different socket to eliminate the chance of power supply fault and same again but now he is saying he has no power at all and no lights. If left lights come on and then same again. Has anyone had this before?

looks likely to be a power supply problem on the main board
