Beko WI1573 stuck on fill cycle

My washing machine won’t progress past the fill stage. It fills and the drum turns fine but that’s as far as it goes. I’ve cleared the filter . If I put it manually on drain and spin it will do that fine. Advice very welcome as it’s only 2 years old

the machine is progressing pass the fill stage as long as the water stops. you then say the motor turns, one way or both ?
does it heat?
how long did you leave it before you decide its not going anywhere?

have you tried just a rinse cycle and a spin cycle to see if it completes those programmes ?
