Hi,
Can anyone help ?. I have just purchased this model washing machine,
brand new. I have unpacked it correctly, fitted water supply currectly and plugged in. It shows no sign of life. Have changed fuse, checked power supply and also pressed reset button for 3 secs, still when pressing on/off switch – nothing, no lights or anything. Machine has water, door is closed etc.
Can anyone help ?Sound like a first time failure as you’ve checked the obvious.
Back to the retailer I’m afraid. 🙁

im assuming when you say you have checked power supply you mean u have put something you know that works into the socket you are plugging the beko into and said known-working appliance works? likewise i take it you have plugged the beko into a socket you have had another appliance working in immediately prior?
and i am assuming you arent using an extension lead to test the beko from another socket? i say this but i was head scratching for a while till i checked the x-lead!
