Beko wm 74135 w I’ve cleaned out pump filter and

hi all,

1. had a problem with water not fully draining. so checked www for advice.
2. couldn’t undo pump filter, due to blockages, so undid all panels and cleared blockages.
3. Following u tube videos I have now put everything back, But…
4. when set to any programme to test if working, programmes light up as usual but water/programme is not starting.
5. I have now been back in 3 times. first checked door contact was secure, and second time, third time checked all electrics were plugged in.
6. now fed up,as don’t know what else to try. I also don’t know how to find fault or error codes for this digital programme.
so… any ideas on how to proceed? Please note I am a newbie at this.

Switch off and unplug.
Check the connection on the pump…
Check the connection on the door interlock.
Check the pump is ok

how do I check the pump? I have checked the connections on pump and door.

hello anyone,
1. I have checked all connections
2. the pump filter is clear
3. I can’t test it or don’t know how to test it when the programme won’t start.
4. All screws are in place, except the top, and final screw on the kick plate.

Can anyone offer advice, as I am no further ahead than my first post.
