Purchased through Curry’s in 2013 with additional warranty until 2018. Machine failed in January 2016 Brushes replaced,as one of them had worn completely away.
Same thing happened again last week,Curry’s Engineer replaced Brushes again,after finding that one Brush had worn away! He told me that this can happen if the Brush Sticks? Is this a Normal thing to happen?This Machine is SO NOISY when it spins and pumps out..Is that Normal for this Machine?The Engineer said that “they are all like that” Who do we believe?,should we take the matter up with Currys or BEKO UK.
We have had Bosch Washing Machines in the past and they were always very quiet!Any help or comments/advice appreciated.

If 1 of the brushes have gone this is due to overloading the machine and the motor should be changed. Pumps can also get noisey that’s the way they are if your under warranty tell them you that it is noisey they should replace it for you hope this helps you. Kai
