ParticipantHi there, I have a problem with my Beko WM 8127 washing machine and I’m hoping someone here can help solve it please.
The machine was banging from side to side so I had a look underneath and noticed one of the suspension legs had broken off from it’s fastening on the base. The white plastic bit that holds it in appears to have broken. It has a syringe like nature, the middle part of it pulls out then the outer pushes through the holes in the base of the machine and the holes in the base of the suspension leg which holds them together. The outer part then gets pushed through which provides a locking mechanism to hold the leg in place.
Only a little bit had broken off so I fastened the leg to the base using it with above method but the middle bit won’t push all the way through. I gave it a quick test on spin but the machine started to wobble a bit so I cancelled it and noticed the part had fallen out again.
I don’t even know the name of the holder so that I can try to buy it. I seen a Beko suspension leg on a web site but it isn’t pictured with the white part.
Sorry for very long explanation. I took a couple of pictures that I hope will describe the problem better than my thousand words 😯
Any advice would be much appreciated thank you.

Hi Dave,
the shop have both parts of the pin in stock so that’s great news thanks.
I was wondering if I need a new suspension leg too? I can move the silver part of the leg up and down if that’s of any help?
Thanks again for your help.
Kind regards

the leg is a shock absorber
it should be stiff but able to move. if its too free the machine will bounce and may be responsible for you pin failureDave
