can someone please help me, my washing machine has suddenly decided that it doesn’t want to spin/drain anymore and the door won’t open because of this. what i need to know is where to find both of these. on previous models i’ve had the filter has been clearly visable at the front of the machine, but i can’t seem to see anything on this one. hopefully someone will be able to help me. thankyou.

Pump filter will be behind the kickboard across the bottom of the machine.

thanks for previous help guys. what i have done now is taken the back off the machine, the belt was in place. also i tried draining the machine and could hear the pump working. i have taken the brushes off and 1 of them was quite badly melted. i am presuming that this means they need changing? the other thing i noticed was that the part of the motor that the brushes touch onto looks as though it has worn on a part of it. does this mean that the motor will have to be changed aswell? if so would it be better to get a new machine or replace the parts? thanks.glenn.
