    Customer complains that when she puts machine onto 90c hot wash programe 2, machine starts and within seconds timer advances thro to 40c prog 5. Any help appreciated.

    I think thats normal for them – Ive sorted a couple of timer knobs and remember they seem to advance after the cycle is first started, havent seen any for a while so i may be wrong! if you have the time check the water temp. might be worth asking her to put the washer on 30 mins before you get there

    Should have mentioned – moves on to 40c was and does not heat to 90c as selected. What now??

    two choices.

    1) stat/thermistor assuming it does heat
    2) module

    we have changed the odd timer but usually their ok.
