iv seen this before but i cant remember the resolve, the dial clicks round similar to indesit washing machines on fault mode like the cam advance is stuck?

it wont start and programs and refused to fill,

i thought it might be a new feature , ‘one minute wash program 😆 ‘

I had one like that a long time ago. I think clearing the filter cured it. So, since I’m sure that’s the first thing you checked, could be a dodgy pump?
