Check NTC for short cable connection short circuit, if short it skips past wash thinking its full of hot water & sometimes goes to drain, also loom to fill valves can also get damaged by overloading & tub banging off it.
Connection to hot water can have the same effect as NTC faulty as it detects hot water it will abort programme.
