    1sr, 3rd and 4th lights on, 2nd (prewash) flashing. Wash and end lights on. door locks ok, reset button has no effect. Before I go there, any ideas please? Thanks

    Thought this was trade only forum?? Customer says he has tried child lock, but I will double check,
