had a look at m/c at rental property last week, fault reported was no motor action.removed top cover and found belt to be off.removed back only to find previous tenant had taken motor 😕 ordered new motor from connect(5045175116007)after fitting put m/c on a rinse prog and any motor action is done now in spin speed.cancelled rinse and put on 30 quick wash and it thrashes around in short bursts at full speed even in wash mode.it fills and empties no problem.error code is (0-blink-0)which is no water, valve triac open circuit, pump triac short circuit.i know modules are cheap on these but add on the motor cost and labour it will make it exp.any ideas.paul

Sounds as though tacho signal is not getting through to board. Follow wiring back from tacho to board, then check for output (1.5v would be a ball park figure ) as you turn drum by hand. If you don’t get a signal, investigate why not. If you do get a signal, think about board.
