Beko WM5100w Wash and Spin/End light on all the time

I had a call to the above machine reported as not working.
When I checked it the the button panel was broken so the customer couldn’t start or cancel the machine.
I made sure I could run and cancel the machine with the PCB loose and operating the start/cancel button directly.
I ordered the button panel and returned and the customer said she used it once now it doesn’t work!
Now when you turn the machine on the door locks and the Wash & Spin/End lights are on permanently on.
The machine will not run or cancel ad the option buttons do not work.
Does anyone ave any idea what fault these two LED’s indicate?

Thanks Dave,
It looks like it might be a motor triac fault but will run through a test procedure first before going any further.

Just to give an update,
Returned to machine, run diagnostics which reset fault.
No faults found so left working.
