    Good evening

My washing machine Beko wm6355w has shown an f11 fault and will not spin at all.

I replaced the brushes which I have done before successfully. But same fault and same issue.

I have taken off the back cover and put a multimeter on the motor pins 10 pins in total. The first two pins show nothing and the last two show nothing as well.

Any ideas what else I can do from here?

    Thanks for your time.

F11 + Motor Tacho short circuit, check tacho coil change if necessary, if that doesn’t rsolve its maybe a faulty p.c.b. Hard to diagnose without testing the appliance components.

When i check the resistance of the pins using a multimeter the 5th and 6th pins (i think from memory) increase dramatically when I spin the drum whilst measuring so I dont think its the tachometer. or is that not completely testing the tachometer?

Any other ideas apart from a pcb?
