    Hi,
    This washing machine partially fills then empties continually on any programme for about 10 minutes and then the programme finishes, there are no error codes.
    Any pointers would be appreciated
    Does anyone know if this has a test programme and how to access it?

    Just a couple of thoughts but I am sure you will have thought of them.
    Is the machine syphoning, is the outlet hose to far down the outlet pipe or is the outlet hose just lying along the ground before going out through the wall?

    Hi Bernie,
    Thanks for the info, we actually discovered it was the motor this machine has a new type of induction motor on it with a PC board attached. Changed the motor and it work straight away.
