BEKO WMA 1715S

Hi guys has anyone any idea what fault would cause the pre wash nean to flash constantly on above M/C and how do i clear it. The customer said it took ages before she could open the door. No progamming of m/c is now possible cheers Paul.

if its one of the new ones it is stuck in fault code the only way of resetting the memory is to unplug for a couple of days that sometime works i know that service force replace the board if this happens.

just as a matter of interest, was it the motor plug / wiring. 😆

I did the other post,went and reset but found no motor action -PCB blown .
It seems they don’t do a fault code for a MOUSE in the motor 😯 ,trapped between the comm and the frame shorted everything out.
