Am i right in thinking that this machine has the same kind of plastic outer drum where the front rim comes off like the old Hotpoints? So is a bearing job on this similar to the Hotpoint? Also is the spider replaceble or is it a complete inner drum job. Any help please.(Im trying to price this job without seeing it).

    Thanks

    Hi Rogue

This was a person who called me in to their house as i was getting in my van. I was doing a job opposite. I basicly spun the drum which rumbled and had a lot of play up and down. I could tell they didnt want to spend any money so just BER’d it and left with out bothering to asses anything as i would normally. So i know i said i didnt see it but i meant i didnt take much notice. Now they are saying that they have been on to Beko who have agreed to supply the parts for free so i need to let them know the parts required and my labour. It looks like a complete drum job.
