Bit of a odd fault with this, the machine sticks in the wash cycle so a 1.5 hour wash can be washing for 3 – 4 hours, the machine will also not go into spin. However if you set the machine to just a spin it will function.

Have changed the PCB, Pressure switch, checked the wiring loom and motor plug, NTC, The local Serviceforce engineer has told me that they have had loads of problems with this type of fault and surprsingly no one has actually got to the bottom of this puzzle. They say that Suds lock can cause this but I doubt that as I have run the appliance with no soap so it cannot be suds lock.

Beko as a manufacturer also say they will not accept PCB modules back as they are not prone to failures ?

The appliance is a basic module not disimliar to the ISE anyone had this or know anything about it.

    Hi

Out of balance part of software is set too sensitive . also check mains voltage at PCB if it is too low this will cause problems .

Mike, do you know if the software issue is a common problem across the Beko range, if this is indeed the case have you heard of what the solution may be ?

Having software with problematic coding is one thing, but software can be revised in such instances, that is why I am asking about this.

I will however check the v at the inputs of the PCB to elimintate this equation.
