hey guys i have looked at this beko m/c and the prewash light is flashing , also the ready light is on , door is open i cant move it on to any cycle just wont budge ive tried holding down the start/cancel button for 5 sec and a combination of the other buttons and the start button while turning on the power button all to no avail , brushes have plenty of life left in them , i found 3 small coins in the filter and the impeller is moving freely ?? any help appreciated thanks k

Is child lock activated? Press & hold the two buttons on the control panel of machine with a padlock under them.
ok removed the pcb today and there is a bit of a black track along one of the silver connections on the back and the corresponding chip is fairly black my finger was black when i touched it , so i’m going to try a module
