BEKO WMA 510W Slow Programs

Went tto this machine today. Not made any easier by the fact that all the residents only speak Russian. Customer is saying [I think} that when a normal wash is selected, whether at 40, 60, or 90 degrees, The machine takes about four and a half hours to do the cycle. According to the user manual, a 40 deg wash should take 150 minutes. Customer says heater is working, and a meter check shows heater is OK. Both sol valves work, and machine fills and empties at a normal rate. There are no odd lights coming on. I am stuck as to what to do next . Any ideas please?

Thanks for that Mike. Called back today to check, and guess what? About a yard of waste hose stuffed down the stand pipe! She is going to try it tomorrow, so I will call in and see How it went. Fingers crossed, and I think you were right Mike.

Had 1 or 2 of these not heating, usually a new board & NTC cured it.

Hi i had this same fault for same model which was heating and doing everything else, i changed the module about a week ago and i haven’t heard anything from them so fingers crossed that seems to have been it 🙂 good luck

Went back today. Customer said { I think, poor English] that she had done aprewash plus 60 degree normal wash. This had taken just over 3 hours and she seemed happy. So hopefully, end of story.
