The customer reported that the motor lead came out when in use he replaced it and when switched on after about 2 mins the drum turns for about 5 seconds and then stops. I checked the motor connections and could not find any broken wires. The machine does not fill i checked that the solenoid were not being energised. Also does anyone know what the guarantee is on Beko washing machines as it is only just over one year old. PS have checked the motor brushes.

According to their web site just 1 year, though they do run their own (optional) extended warranty scheme. 😉
