    Problem is the softener is not being taken from the middle compartment of the soap drawer. Both water valves working with a good pressure into both outside compartments when set on rinse but not into the middle.I went to two similar machines yesterday and asked if the softener was going from the middle and they both said no. I’m presuming that this is problem with the outer soap drawer if so is it common.

    Fab softener splashes up and congeals over jet ,take drawer out look up at jet and clean with a toothbrush
