I have a problem with my Beko wma1512w in so much that the drum will not turn during the wash cycle. Everthing else seems Ok, filling, programmer moves on, heater, pump etc, but the drum will not move. I have checked the motor which spins freely and the drum also. A quick look at the pcb shows a couple of resistors slightly darkened – could this be an indication of the fault, or does anyone have any ideas of where to start lookig. Thanks in advance.

Carbon brushes in the motor? First place to look. Bit of info HERE.
Power off first.
