This customer is complaining that she selects a prog,machine fills up and seems to agitate(but not as much as it usually doesand the tablet inside drum does not disolve),the program state indicators go out altogether,so the only light that is then on is the 600 spin light.
She then cancels prog and selects spin ,but clothes come out wet.
I have already been out to this customer and replaced main pcb and thermistor(because her husband has given me a completely different explanation of the fault) On that visit i checked fill ,heat, agitation,empy and spin ok,and believed i had cured whatever fault it was supposed to have.
Any ideas would be gratfully recieved.

Just in case anyone else gets this fault.
When i returned i filled up with water and waited for drum rotation.This time it went straight into fast spin(it didnt last time i tried it )
It turned out to be a partially severed wire to the motor tacho.
