    Hi I have a severe water leak,all the water appears to drain onto the floor and nothing comes out of the outlet hose.The machine was working OK but has been moved from storage to new house. 😕

    Take a look underneath the machine. You may find the hose from the bottom of the tub,leading to the pump has come away whilst transporting the machine,also look at the rubber door seal as well,if these are ok,then look at the bottom area of the door seal after opening the door,make sure you pull out the folded areas and look there…

    Thanks for the reply will do as you suggested over the weekend,when I can check things without rushing will post reply asap
