BEKO WMA667

Hi guys, received a call late tonight and going to see this in the morning.

18months – 2 years old machine seems to work fine but does not do final spin. Apparantly goes into spin for about 10 secs then stops.

I would say brushes of course but at this age ??

Anyone had this error before.

Probably trying to spin whilst full of water. Has customer checked filter? If you need the work, get there quick before they do!

Had them run a drain cycle while I was on the phone – drained no problem.

Boards do odd stuff on these but at least they’re usually not too dear. But would first check tacho and its magnet. Could even be a kaput armature.

Thanks guys.

Just popped in to this machine – put it on spin and it fires up for about 20 secs then stops and so does the drain pump – board problem do you think ? Washes and drains fine.

Is that a defo – just about to order board. Machine is in a cupboard so couldnt get it out to get under it !

seen a few beko magnets cracked in half on these
its quite common and as far as i know they come complete with the motor
i would be having the motor off before ordering anything

Have you got into diagnostics on this?

Guys, replaced module and off it went – all good.

How do I get into diags – for future info ?
