Hi all

My machine wont do the fast spin.
Washes and empties fine.
If i put it on spin only it makes the noise like its going to start does this a coupe of times then goes straight to the end without the drum moving.
Nothing at all in the bottom filter.

Does it go wrong without a load? How many times did it go wrong? and if only once what was in the machine, was it a pair of jeans ( for example ) that was poorly distributed? What happens if you restart the machine on a wash programme, does the drum go wrong then?If you do not have drum action here then your first port of call
is to check the motor brushes.
