Beko wmb 81445lw won’t spin

having a problem with my washing machine wont spin put in test cycle of spin and drain goes round in a loop of door lock then unlock ,when i get in test mode has error f13 also i have seen 04 17 anyone know what they mean ,drains water ok,puts water in but nothing please help

F13 is a communication error between the motor control card and the machines timer

These machines are not easy to diagnose due to the complex electronics and 3 phase motor, all you can try after turning machine off and unplugging is to remove and replace signal wires ( ribbon cables or small wires) in case the connections have got dirty or loose
After that it gets harder and the test proceedures get very technical

I’m getting power to the motor so what could i check next?
