Beko WMB10W Not heating & no hot valve.

Call to the above machine, water not heating and not filling with hot water.

I can only get a supply to the cold valve, during a hot fill the hot valve s not energised.

Test show the wash element has an earth fault so logic suggests this may affect the hot valve supply.

I disconnected the element to remove the earth fault and ran the machine but the hot valve still wont energise.

Does anyone know if:

An earth fault will affect the hot valve?

If the hot valve takes it’s supply through the element causing loss of supply if disconnected?

Any help would be appreciated.

most faults on beko machines end up coming down to the pcb so dont wase much time looking its prob that. alan

I thought that was the most likely cause so have quoted on the basis of replacing the element & PCB.
