Beko WMB61221w washer not heating.

Customer complained that this machine washed endlessly and did not move to rinse,I left it on a cottons wash for a while and was getting no power to heater.

Had a close look at the PCB hoping to find a dry joint on a relay but no joy.
Anyone know if the heater relay is a common failing on these ?

heater relay are suspect on any machine

the way i test them is to run with board out and test voltage at relay coil. you could always 2 wires on and watch voltage to see if it energises
