    customer uses Quick Wash and display will change from 12 mins back up to 15. Put in new board still doing same.
    Heater ok.
    Any ideas please

    Does it keep going from 12-15 indefinitely or once it goes to 15 it’s goes through the cycle ok?

    does it change the time only once and then run though prog ok ?

    All machines can change the time from initial display as until water enters they dot know the starting temp etc

    Could be the fuzzy logic working out the wash load, heating time etc.

    I don’t think the exact time matters as long as it completes the cycle.

    Unless its washing continuously?
